25 Years ago, Michael Jackson released his “Bad” album which was the follow-up to his blockbuster album "Thriller."
Bad sold more than 30 million copies. With hits like “Dirty
Diana,” “Smooth Criminal,” “Man in the Mirror,” and “The Way You Make Me
Feel,” it became one of the most memorable pop recordings
of the time.
Since his death in 2009, Michael Jackson’s record label (Sony
Music) has been capitalizing on the MJ name, supplying the tracks for last year’s “Michael” album and also adding MJ remixes
tothe Cirque du Soleil show.
With the box set called "Bad 25," Sony has reached into the archives and released
previously unheard rehearsal recordings along with a complete 1988 live performance atfrom London’s
Wembley Stadium.
Bad 25 is a 3-CD and 1-DVD boxed set that is priced at 34.99.
Is it worth it?
